Let’s Train Journal Entry #4

First, please forgive me for the late update! I have had a busy weekend and was unable to get to the computer until today, Monday. Instead of listing each days workout like usual I’ll just say it was another week of weights and high energy cardio, pilates, but no running. Tomorrow I plan to have a long run. I have been really pushing my cardio just in different ways. I look forward to sharing with you some exercises you can do at home that will blast you into cardiovascular shape.

If I don’t run tomorrow I owe you push ups!

1Timothy 4: 7-10
